Best pizza place in Chicopee. Johns in front st is it's only completion IMO. I've never gotten anything from here and had it be bad. I've been ordering from here for 15 years.

Honestly, Falls Pizza has good pizza. Their problem is they're extremely rude, lazy, and they never get the orders right. Time and time again I order pizza or a wrap and it's not how I ordered it. They're inconsistent and will throw random things into the wrap that isn't on the menu. This time will be the last time I'll be ordering from this company, it's a bummer because they're convenient. I'm tired of them wasting my time, and I'm tired of being that asshole that calls when they mess up my order.
I ordered a large well done pepperoni pizza with 2 sides of BBQ sauce- I didn't get any sauce the pizza isn't well done and I have 6 pepperonis on one edge of the pizza. -

Sheesh what a terrible "pizza"(if you wanna call it that)
They took over an hour for a delivery and I called to ask what was the deal with it, and they FREAAAKED OUT!!
Took our order back when we were banking on that food. (ALSO PAID WITH CC PRIOR)
ATTENTION PEOPLE: STAY AWAY DROM THESE PEOPLE! FALLS PIZZA IS *ALLS PIZZA
NOT GOOD HEARTED.
We decided to give them second try;
They take my order and process it, 4 mins later got phone call back saying "your number had a problem so we cant deliver to you"
Mind you: 2 weeks back a friend was here with us and ordered to the same address off of the same "number" and we got served.
VERY INCONSISTENT AND MALICIOUS.

As a Buffalo girl (born and raised), I consider myself to be the expert on pizza and wings. When I visit my family here in Chicopee, I always dread when we order pizza because it is usually undercooked and thoroughly inedible. I was pleasantly surprised when we tried out Falls Pizza today. Our pizza was made in 25 minutes and every part of the order was correctly made.
Even better, it was actually pretty good. The pie was tangy and hot. We ordered a party pizza with pepperoni. Lots of aromatic flavors and the pepperoni was a little bit spicy and chewy. The thin crust was a little bit dry, but not bad. We devoured this poor pizza. My aunt also order a sub (or grinder, as you folks call them) and she said it was very good. It looked fresh, despite my rule that I never order subs from a pizza joint. We also got an order of mild wings, which were crispy and had a lots of sauce. The sauce looked a bit watery, but still better than the low-tier wings from Buffalo. I consider that a feat in itself.
Forgive me if my review was a bit cheesy (haha, get it?), but my family loved this pizza and will be sure to order it again the next time we are all together. -

I ordered a grinder with just veggies. I specifically told her what I wanted on it, no meat. I do not eat meat. She repeated it back. I took my grinder home, filled with meat... I was looking forward to dinner. I am very disappointed.
